Summary: This hotel advertised a business center, but it does not have one at all. I received messages that needed to be responded to, but the only computer available was basically in the middle of the lobby where everyone could see your work. This is totally unacceptable to me you couldn’t even type a word document on it.

Summary: I felt very safe, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and the service of breakfast was amazing. They even put out fresh water and popcorn. The restaurant off the lobby was very efficient and the waiters were very friendly. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Summary: We had a great stay! Everything was amazing. The food, not just breakfast, but supper was fantastic! The room was very clean and comfortable bed! Pool and hot tub were fantastic. We will be staying there again!

Summary: Great stay the only down side was the pool and hot tub were closed. They did call ahead of my stay and informed me. The offered to let me go to another hotel. The food, the fitness room and our room was all top notch.

Summary: Hopefully just bad luck. The bathroom was not super clean, and the room was humid and smelled strongly of someone's cologne. I didn't say anything. Then the pool and hot tub were closed for more than half of our stay ("emergency maintenance"). The food at the restaurant was way overpriced for the quality. Then, one of the two elevators was out of service the day of checkout, so it took an hour to get all our belongings and kids down to the car. The staff were super helpful and kind about it all though. Not their fault!

Summary: The first thing I said to my husband as we were walking to our room was, “It’s nice that the hallway to our room doesn’t smell.” It was a very clean hotel, from the lobby to our room and bathroom, it was a nice stay overall especially for the price. It was also reasonably close to main attractions in downtown Cincinnati.
